Are you up for a bit of stability in 2022?

by | Jan 14, 2022

2020 and 2021 both remind me of living through the 1997 stockmarket crash. All sorts of crazy stuff happened, but then things settled down a little.

Whew most people thought. Glad we’re through that!

But unfortunately, there was more – much more – to come. There is a brilliant cartoon from that time that encapsulates the moment beautifully.

That’s where we are now. Covid 19 numbers were coming down and we were feeling optimistic.

Then the Omicron variant turned up and became the “loop da loop” section of the roller coaster.

I have no clue as to how the roller coaster will play out from here. Even the immunologists and doctors aren’t certain, and the Facebook commentators sure as heck don’t know – no matter how loud they shout.

What I do know though, is that another crisis will come along and build the next section of the roller coaster.

My question is. Do you want to be as unprepared for the next ride as you were for 2020 and 2021?

No?

Why not start 2022 with a well-thought-out plan that will help to eliminate the risks that are coming?

I call it a CARDIO Plan. It’s a simple, 8 step process that you work through with your team – and even your customers and suppliers if necessary. There’s no jargon, no acronyms (except for the name!), and I have dispensed with all the wordiness and blah-blah that the Risk Management industry has built for itself.

It will take you 9 weeks to build with help from me, and may be the difference between getting to the end of this year and becoming another Covid 19 statistic.

Think of it as your seatbelt for the 2022 roller coaster.

Let me know in the comments if you are up for a bit of stability in the year ahead.
